    The Isle of the Dead

    Astrid ferries Louis to the island from Böcklin’s painting. In an amphitheatre of statues he relives moments with Alex, Christine, Jean, the doctor and Saint Arman, this time choosing differently.

    Beneath the isle he finds Anne and Belleville by a lava lake. Anne throws herself at Belleville, a shot goes off in the struggle, Belleville falls into the lava, and Anne has been hit.

    Louis ends the game by placing a talisman stone in the hand of Belleville’s statue on the isle, and completing it with Anne’s pendant.
